Scott McKinney has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since March 2023, having previously served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer beginning in April 2022. In this capacity, he oversees the Company’s financial strategy, capital allocation, financial reporting, investor relations, and key operational functions in support of the Company’s strategic and business objectives.

Mr. McKinney joined the Company in February 2016 as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, where he was responsible for strategic planning, financial analysis, and establishing and leading the Company’s investor relations function.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McKinney held a series of finance leadership roles at General Electric Company, where he developed significant experience in financial management, operational finance, and strategic planning within complex global organizations.

Mr. McKinney holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University.
