Sagar R. Shah serves as the Company’s Director of Strategy & Corporate Development. Since joining Tiptree in 2019, he has been responsible for leading the Company’s corporate strategy, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets activities, and portfolio optimization initiatives.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Shah was an investment professional at Tricadia Capital’s private equity fund and Aquiline Capital Partners. He began his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.

Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the NYU Stern School of Business.
